Deliver the Dream of Flight to Everyone

We’re looking for high-energy individuals who can fly, coach and sell.

As an iFLY Instructor, you will be a vital member of iFLY’s operational and experiential team, as you lead and guide our customers through their flight experience, from start to finish through exceptional customer service. This is a high-energy role — and no experience is needed.

What you'll get:

  • Salary range from £26,500 to £36,000 per annum which includes a generous commission structure on sales and service you generate
  • Full training on your journey to the flight team
  • A full suite of employee benefits
  • Regular allotment of tunnel training flight time

We’re proud that our team includes an inspiring mix of personalities, nationalities, characters, and cultures. As a fully inclusive employer, we believe that’s what makes us so strong.

The things all our instructors have in common are:

  • An Outrageous passion for service and sales
  • Accountability for yourself and others
  • A culture of Respect for the team and business
  • An outgoing, friendly personality
  • An incredible work ethic
  • An unrivalled ambition to progress and to contribute to iFLY’s ongoing success

Every member of our team is 'in sales' - meaning it's also vital you have the ability to confidently discuss our packages, prices & on-the-day extras with customers, to provide them the best experience.

To us, and to each successful candidate, every customer is a VIP.

There will naturally be a significant amount of time spent in our state-of-the-art wind tunnels and the role does involve working shifts in line with the 7 day-a-week operation.

There will also be a mandatory qualifying period performing customer service and sales duties, starting on the Reception team on your journey to the Flight team. This is to allow you to familiarise yourself with the general operation of the business, as you get to know our incredible customers and your team-mates.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for sales, safety briefings, equipment checks, ‘in-air’ customer supervision, debriefs and wind speed controlling. You will also be required to undertake Reception / Front Desk / Meet and Greet functions as part of the role. Essentially, you’ll be doing whatever it takes to ensure the smooth running of the customer’s visit and their absolute satisfaction.
