Celebrate Black History Month at Xscape Milton Keynes with our community event on Saturday 10th October.
This year, Xscape has joined forces with the fantastic MK Melting Pot to help celebrate Black History Month here at the centre and support the incredible work that MK Melting Pot does all year around.
Join us on Saturday 10th October from 11am - 4pm to get involved in this fabulous event, and come together in support of this year's theme of honouring our communities, which asks us to recognise the people whose care, courage and commitment strengthen our communities every day.
Throughout the day, you can take part in the celebrations, which will see the centre dressed to impress with colour decorations, balloons and more, as well as soak up the vibes of the Caribbean music from the live DJ set playing all day long too. Kids will be able to get stuck into crafting sessions, while MK Melting Pot will also be on hand to provide money advice and mental health support in honour of World Mental Health Day on 10th October.
Plus, you'll also find a whole host of stallholders on site from 11am, giving you a chance to access support, learn more about local organisations and shop with independent traders and small businesses too.
